Here are a few of my favorite body care steps:
Dry brushing before showering to boost circulation.
A long soak in a warm bath with Epsom salt and essential oils (lavender is my go-to!).
A gentle sugar or coffee scrub to exfoliate dead skin.
Followed by a rich body butter or nourishing oil to lock in moisture.
I try to do this ritual once a week—it’s great for both skin and mind. 💆♀️
